Minimum Orders:

There is NO minimum order requirement, except for the minimum quantity of stems per flower ordered.

 

Important Notes

 

Flower Care:

To ensure the freshness and longevity of your flowers, please follow these care instructions:

 

  • Flowers should be fresh-cut and placed in freshwater at room temperature.
  • Fresh cuts and water replacement every 2 days are essential.
  • Avoid exposing flowers to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
  • Immediately bring your flowers indoors upon arrival.
  • Maintain a storage area temperature of 40°F/4°C if possible.
  • Do not freeze the flowers.
  • Protect them from direct sunlight and drafts.

 

Selecting Delivery Date:

Please choose a delivery date at least 2-3 days before your event. All orders must be placed a minimum of 4 to 5 days before your delivery date.

 

Changes to an Order:

If you wish to modify your flower order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bunchesdirect.com .Changes made less than 8 days before your delivery date may incur a $100 fee, as last-minute changes can be challenging to accommodate.

 

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, whether through our website or with an operator, you will receive a confirmation email containing all order details. Please review this email carefully and contact us immediately with any concerns.

 

Unpacking Procedures and Flower Care:

We provide wholesale flowers received directly from our growers, please be prepared to trim, clip, and clean them as needed.

 

Receiving Your Delivery:

Ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the scheduled date and time or have it sent to a location where someone can accept it immediately.

 

Verification on Delivery:

Upon delivery, open the box and inspect the contents carefully. Compare the shipment with your order confirmation to ensure accuracy. If you have any concerns, contact our floral consultant promptly at sales@bunchesdirect.com

 

Avoid Extreme Temperatures:

Protect your flowers from extreme temperatures. Bring them indoors immediately upon receipt, maintain a storage temperature of 40°F/4°C if possible, and avoid direct sunlight and drafts.

 

Keep Away from Flowers and Fruits:

Avoid placing flowers near fruits, vegetables, or plants. These may emit ethylene gas, which can cause premature wilting.

 

Delays:

We strongly advise keeping a delivery window of 1-2 days in mind leading up to your event date. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact-day delivery. In case of weather, technical, or logistical delays, your package will be delivered the following day. BunchesDirect is not responsible for delivery partner delays.

 

Shipping Delays:

Shipping delays can occur due to various factors like weather. Please consider flexibility in your timeline and select a delivery date 2-3 days before your event or required day.

 

Missed Delivery:

BunchesDirect is not responsible for missed deliveries. Ensure arrangements are made to receive your order. If you miss the delivery, coordinate with the shipping carrier for rescheduling. BunchesDirect is not liable for damages resulting from missed deliveries.

 

Natural Differences:

Flowers are natural products subject to variations in sizes, colours, and tones due to seasonal changes. Minor imperfections, such as spots, streaks, or stem curving, may occur and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

 

Substitution:

BunchesDirect reserves the right to make substitutions based on availability, matching colour palettes, shapes, and equal value. Substitutions are typically last-minute, however, will be communicated for approval.

We take pride in sourcing our flowers directly from farms and growers. This ensures that we maintain high standards of beauty and freshness in every product we deliver.

 

Quality Assurance:

If the flowers you receive do not meet your standards, we are here to help. Please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

 

  • Submit Pictures Promptly: Send us pictures of all received products, including the packaging, within 12 hours of receiving your order. This step is crucial to ensure a timely resolution.

 

 

  • Multiple Products of the Same Kind: If you have multiple products with the same name or bunch that are damaged or not up to standard, please include pictures of them together in one image. Sending single stem images from bunches is not sufficient for us to assess your claim effectively.

For our team to effectively assess refund claims, it is essential that all images provided are clear and well-detailed. If required, please be willing to send additional images to support your claim while following these specific guidelines:

 

  • Clarity is Key: Ensure that the images you provide are clear, well-lit, and capture the details of the product and any relevant issues clearly.

 

  • Multiple Angles: If necessary, provide multiple angles of the product, highlighting any specific areas of concern.

 

  • Maintain Instructions: While sending additional images, please continue to adhere to the original instructions provided for filing a claim.

 

By following these guidelines and providing clear, comprehensive images, you will assist us in expediting the assessment and resolution of your refund claim. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

 

Important Note: Claims and compensation requests received after the 12-hour window will not be processed.

 

Product Pickup for Refunds:

In cases where a refund is being processed, we reserve the right to arrange for the pickup of the product at the delivery location. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient resolution process.

 

Bloom Status:

Please note that we cannot guarantee the level of "openness" of a bloom. Our flowers are typically shipped in bud form to maximize freshness and longevity.

 

Blooming Tips:

If you'd like to accelerate or slow down the blooming phase of your flowers, we recommend visiting our FAQ section or Flower Care Section for helpful tips and guidance.

 

Product Short Shipped/Incorrect Items:

If you receive the wrong or incomplete order, email pictures of the received flowers and your order number to sales@bunchesdirect.com within 12 hours of receipt for resolution.

 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders must be placed through an operator to ensure accurate recording. BunchesDirect is not responsible for custom requests entered in the delivery instructions field on the order form.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your order at any time with applicable cancellation fees:

 

  • $50 minimum fee for any cancelled order.
  • 50% of the total cost for cancellations between 30 and 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • 100% of the total cost for cancellations within 14 days of the original delivery date.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in case of an error.

 

Legal

 

Any and/or all legal claims and/or actions must be registered/executed in the state of Florida, in the county of Miami-Dade.
