- To qualify for FREE SHIPPING your order has to be $599 or more.

Can I order samples?
The option of getting a sample is always available. We don’t have a minimum order, and we can send you the wedding test bouquet as well as the boutonniere, corsage, centerpiece etc. Please be advised the shipping fee will apply.
Will my flowers be the exact color as the image shown on the website?
Our website picture depicts the flower as true to the color as possible but you have to note that if you are trying to make a precise color shade match some uncontrollable factors may make this difficult to do; therefore, it is discouraged.
Firstly, your computer monitor settings may cause the image to appear slightly different than the original photograph. Color shades in photos DO VARY from monitor to monitor.
Secondly and most importantly, flowers are a product of Mother Nature, and the exact tones of flowers may vary to some degree.

I need flowers THIS week ! Can you help?
YES, we can! You can place an order online or with our friendly phone operators for orders within 2 business days (place an order Sunday for a Tuesday delivery, on Wednesday for a Friday delivery for example). A 20% surcharge applies to all orders placed less than 1 week before the delivery date.
Can you create custom wedding arrangements?
BunchesDirect will try to accommodate all special requests as best we can. Please contact us through live chat, by email, or through our quote form regarding the custom requests you would like us to create for your wedding.
We can customize any wedding product that is on our website or we can create a completely custom wedding arrangement order based on your wishes. If possible please provide a photo of what you would like to achieve so we can see a clear picture of your vision.
I have pictures of bouquets I’d like to order. Can you make them?

Are your flowers as nice as those from a local florist ?
There is no real difference between the flowers you get from a local florist. We provide cost savings by eliminating the middle man.
Once properly treated and watered (please see our special page on how to care for your flowers HERE ) they will be as nice and fresher than the flowers you buy from a local store - they didn’t sit in the store waiting in a vase!
My flowers are still closed and my event approaching fast, what can I do?
If your event date is quickly approaching and your flowers are still slow to open, there are several tricks that will help them to open.
First, you can add sugar into the water mixture. No more than 1 teaspoon of sugar should be placed in each liter of water.
Secondly, warm temperatures and natural sunlight will help the flowers open and liven up. Do not place them directly under heaters or in warm drafts.

Can you guarantee my flowers will be fully opened for the event date?
We're sorry, but we can’t guarantee the ‘openness’ of a bloom. Some people prefer them more closed and some customers want them all the way open. Our flowers are generally cut before they are fully bloomed so they last longer for our customers. There are easy tricks though to speed up the opening process or to slow down the opening process.
To help your flowers bloom: trim stems daily, keep in a warm environment, warm water, and give them some sun!
To help slow the blooming: keep them in a colder environment like a fridge, in dark and away from drafts.
I want to change the color of the arrangement I like. Is it possible?
Yes, we can change the color of the flowers in the bouquet you like. To get a custom bouquet, just simply fill out the quote on the main page ( Get Quote button ) and the special assistant will get back to you shortly.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, order size, production and supply arrangements as well as the work involved, the following cancellation fees will apply:

What delivery date should I select ?
We suggest that you pick a date 2-3 days before your event. This will allow the flowers to be properly hydrated and be treated.This will put your mind at ease of mind an make you less nervous than having your flowers delivered 18 hours before the event.
Unavailable Delivery Dates:
Saturday, Sunday, Mondays, Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) and one business day following these holidays.
